LUSH Bath bombs

I found this young man sitting on what looked like a bunch of giant flight cases in the BCE place. I was struck by how the black in his outfit matched what he was sitting on. Sometimes it feels as though the people that I photograph are wonderful examples of found art. It’s not just the outfit…usually it’s how the outfit looks against the city’s backdrop that makes the person seem so striking. He was so cool and not at all bothered by the fact that I pulled him away from his work.

The thing that I noticed about this young lady was definately her ink. Even though she is wearing so many interesting pieces like her belt and t-shirt, it was her arm and leg tattoo that turned my head. I asked her if I could “close-up” on her sleeve and she politely said no. She is the creator of her own tattoos so I understand her reservations about posting an example of her creative work online. She did say it was cool to close-up on her shirt, which made me happy cause I really like it!
