According to Paperdoll.com, Trouser Pants have been included in a few fall/winter collections for 2008. They are reminiscent of the Hammer pants of the mid 90’s but not as baggy and huge. The pic above clearly illustrates how these pants can be both sophisticated and street. Just like any other piece of clothing, it’s all about HOW you wear it. The models above are just that: Models, who most likely had a stylist put thier outfits together. It will be interesting to see how this style plays out in the street.
A beautiful balcony is one of my fav places to take fashion pics. In the case of the photos below, the elements came together so well that I could not ignore the photo op right in front of me. The colours in the sky compliment the outfit so well.

The street is my most fave place to take pics. I love this girl’s biz ensemble.

What I noticed most was her shoes. They give the outfit that extra-special kick!

One day when I was lost in a link labyrinth on the internet, I came across a Blog called Don’t Hate Me Because I Live in Paris. It is a fashion Blog published by an American who lives in Paris and works in the fashion industry. I thought it was one of the best Blog titles I have ever heard. It’s so poignant because many people would hate her just because she works in fashion, let alone that she gets to do it in Paris. I was reminded of the Blog because of the first young lady in today’s post. She was outside the hostel on King and Spadina and I was immediately taken by her casual outfit. The young lady told me she is from Paris and was so friendly! I guess a Parisian can even make sweat pants look good!

She suggested that I get a shot of her from the back. Good suggestion.

I like the vest. The blend of casual and business attire works. I also love the skirt jewelery!
