At Summer’s end, many fashionistas feel the need to wear their bright summer clothing in order to get as much use out of it as possible. We know that in a few weeks it will be time for browns and reds and purples and all the other rich fall colours that come with chili weather.
Last night my girl came over wearing the outfit below. Before I gave her a hello hug, I told her I had to take her pic. She knew when she left the house that she looked good! She also knew that she was coming to the home of a fashion blogger. Just so you all know, you can’t come over looking fly and not expect me to take your pic. Just come over in the day time so we have good light!
I have never been a huge fan of The Hills, even though a number of my friends are trying their hardest to get me into the show. I have a feeling that if I start watching, I will become addicted, which I welcome. The world I live in does not have cable so I need an big collection of DVD’s to give me my TV fix. Incidentally, it’s much easier on the soul to watch a show like The Hills on DVD. There are no commercials, and there is no waiting till the next week to see what happens.
Lauren Conrad Fashion Show, March 2008
I must admit that my interest in The Hills was sparked after seeing Lauren Conrad’s clothing line. I think it is fun and youthful but it is also sophisticated and well tailored. Personally, I think that her collections are only going to get better and that she will be remembered for her clothing line, long after The Hills is off the air.
You never know when a Fashionista is going to appear. Messing around outside the El Mocombo on Monday night I managed to snag some wicked street fashion pics.
The owner of the Elmo loves motorcycles. I stepped inside to use one as a backdrop. My fav thing about her outfit is the purple flower in her hair
A lovely young lady wearing a Concrete Guerilla T-shirt
I like the jacket.. Perfect for the chili, rainy night
